Coffins in the grocery store oh my!

Believe it or not but we call these coffins in the biz. These are open refrigeration units used in meat departments, deli's, and bakery's all over the grocery world!! They don't seem to be very efficient, being that they are wide open to the air, not enclosed.

LOL to my own post... Nowadays we call them BOATS. As to not cause a panic on the sales floor. I.E.: "Hey did you get all the meat out and put it in the coffin?" RESULT: Mass panic and confussion of the public and a spot on the 10 o'clock news!! Bad for the bizness... ;/
