Inmates are Voting...are YOU!??

An inmate at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility is taken through the voter registration process in Rutland, Vt., Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008. Many of the inmates had taken the equivalent of a civics course at the prison's high school where they learned that even though they were incarcerated, unlike every other state but Maine, they could vote.

Hmmm I guess no one understands their constitutional rights under the law better then inmates... but everyone is given the right to "due process" and voting shouldn't be taken away from someone trying to ammend their life.
